After-hours appointments are available weekdays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for mobile business and Saturdays by appointment only.Holidays by appointment only.

If there is no criminal record, results may take 1-3 business days to come back. However, if a criminal record exists, it could take 4-6 weeks.

Yes, a SSN is required in order to submit your information to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) or Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for a background check. International participants who do not have a SSN must provide a passport with a current visa.
